8 miles from work-NE. 6 x 30 second hill reps on golden ave, then about a half mile and into 4 x 1/4 mile @5k pace (1:45, 1:43, 1:43, 1:46).
i know i don't have the mileage base to support any real workouts yet. i just wanted to give my legs and mind a little break from the 8:30-9:00 pace routine i subject them to everyday.
