4 miles - treadmill - 8:53 avg. - i left thursday morning for a camping trip to green river and got back last night.  no running, a little hiking and a couple of long walks. today's run felt great. i may be doing some treadmill running this week because wife is out of town and the tm allows me to be home with the dogs longer.
