8 miles - from home - north for some cemetery loop then back south for campus loops. still running slow but each mile was progessively faster.

i acheived my tiny goals for the month of April by running 17 days (goal was 16), 85 miles (goal was 80 miles for the month), and running at least an 8 miler which was accomplished today.
tiny goals for the month of May:
- run at least 21 days
- run at least 130 miles
- run at least one 10 miler
