5 miles - lobster/minority/church/golden/wasatch - i'm moving slow but i'm getting a little consistency back. i'm actually almost two weeks into a plan that will get me throughout the year building mileage without over doing it or increasing mileage too fast. the last couple of years i've just tried winging it and running by feel but it didn't work. so now i've got my daily run all planned and all i have to do is look at the chart and do what it says.
