4 miles - owensatch loop - i managed to acheive my mini goals for this month as i ease into training for the marathon in september. i wanted 150 miles for the month, ended up with 155. also ran at least one 10 miler, and a 40 mile week. no injury so i feel ready to dive into some actual running these next several weeks.
