Yo JD, you're about 1/2 way thru your trek to your first marathon in 7 years and wouldn't you know it, some of the most demanding training, higher mileage and dog days of summer heat are upon us now! All I can say is keep the shiny side up, eat well, sleep better, avoid injuries and "Just getter' done"!!!!
