WOW nice run and up early! Look at those miles on a Thursday... that is impressive!! Now I'm feeling even worse that I slept in this morning :(

Argh! You beat me out the door by one second. I started my run at 5:04:17. And it looks like or weather was about the same too. But you ran a lot farther than I did. Great job!

Isn't it about time for you to taper?

How did you feel?

From JD on Thu, Sep 10, 2009 at 14:43:07 from

Metcalf Running - don't feel bad, I sleep in most mornings.

Carolyn - Haha! One crack me up. I'm tapering as we

Chad - I feel good. During the run I found that I felt much better while running the faster miles than the slower runs. Interesting.

From Lysa on Thu, Sep 10, 2009 at 20:12:25 from

thats bc you're cracked out when you go fast

From JD on Thu, Sep 10, 2009 at 20:17:59 from

Man what is an easy mile for you? b/c you still averaged out at 9!

Also it is warm by you and you get up an hour earlier than me! what the hey!

From JD on Fri, Sep 11, 2009 at 15:13:17 from

April - my easy miles are generally in the 9:00 to 9:30 per mile range.

It's been 5-10 degrees warmer than average for us the last week or so. I think the temps are going to drop a little next week.
