still enjoying a break from miles (like, for the last three years - lol!) but seriously, i've wrapped up a couple of minor projects for this summer and now have no excuse to not run consistently until ski season starts. i did go kayaking again last night which compelled me to run this morning as my legs get pretty cramped stuffed into a tiny whitewater kayak. still, i'll probably just run for fitness until i find some motivation for something more.
