4 miles - lobster/wasatch. started late but temps stayed in the 70's plus a southern breeze felt good. ran fast.
10am - mostly sun, upper 70's

the real question is how are YOU feelin'? you're really putting in some solid miles and about made it to taper time - nice job!
JD - Iím feeling pretty good considering the mileage Iím putting on this tired, old, fat guy body. But Iíve got a goal and a plan and Iím sticking to it the best I can! Huntsville then Boston .....
well it's impressive and inspirational to someone just getting back into the consistent running game and considering the long view as i slowly get back to developing a good base. keep it up!
