11am - been super fatigued the last couple of days, don't know what's going on. it's obviously not from running so i guess i need to eat better or something. i could always use more sleep. i wasn't going to run at all today and just rest up but i thought a gentle treadmill run might do me more good than harm. live to run another day!

Way to listen to your body talk to you!

From JD on Mon, Jun 18, 2018 at 08:42:07 from

it's getting harder to ignore my body's laments as the years go by!

From Tom Slick on Mon, Jun 18, 2018 at 12:46:45 from

just think about the alternative to not listening and acting on the information your body is trying to communicate with you! Itís not the years in my life that concern me, itís the life in my years that I seek!
