am - 5 easy miles around the hood near work.  9:34 avg.

pm - 10.2 miles / 8:49 avg. commute run home. taking advantage of a rare cool summer afternoon (73F). i don't run a lot of doubles but whenever i do, the second run usually feels better than the first. today was no exception.

"ohhh..I soo need to go on a long run..I think I will just pee my pants If I don't go on a long run soon..I dont' know when I'm going to do one..maybe in August or something..I need to allow myself to do 17 to 21 bc that's whats considered long.." waaa freaking waaa!
