A 60 mile week! That's a nice milestone. I have had only one myself, plus a few 58's and 59's. Considering how you were feeling early in the week it's a great accomplishment.

Thank you! Now if I can just keep at 50-60 miles a week throughout the next four months of winter and beyond, I may resemble a runner.

I had a couple of "low" days early this week. I think it was the 17 miler on Sunday...my longest. Nowadays I want to "rest" by running through those low points if possible.
