We were just talking about Radio West this morning - probably the best show on npr from Salt Lake! I like your recovery plan ... I might have to use it as a race preparation plan as well ;-).

So how did 75 degrees feel to you? Was that hot for running? I'm still in the 50s or lower most of the time on my runs.

Carolyn - YES! 75 felt very warm yesterday. Not uncomfortable, but the heat was definitely...present.
